Snake Fun Facts July 28, 2025 at 4:36:10 AM

Did you know some snakes give live birth to their young? A couple examples being garter and rattle snakes! The eggs still technically develop in an egg casing, however the casing incubates within the mother and doesn't form a calcified shell. Another interesting fact, female rattlesnakes will actually remain with their young for the first couple weeks and raise them.
